How We Price

Fixed prices, written scope, no hidden extras

Clearance pricing depends on volume, access, hazard levels and how much can be recycled or rehomed rather than tipped. Instead of vague estimates, we survey the property and issue a fixed written quote with the full scope of works listed.

  • Every quote is a fixed written price, not an hourly guess — you see the scope, the timescale and the total before you commit.
  • 25% deposit unlocks your dates, 75% is due within 24 hours of completion and inspection. We do not accept cheques.
  • Transport, weighbridge fees, licensed disposal, incineration where needed and all waste paperwork are included in the figure quoted.
  • Limitations and risks are written into the quote up front, so there are no mid-job surprises or added costs.
  • £200 is the only common extra: if we arrive and there is no electricity or water on site, that covers wages while the team relocates.
  • Keepsakes are listed in writing before we start and set aside for the family.
