How We Work
Staged clearance, room by room, at a pace that works
Deep waste layers hide hazards: rotted flooring, gas appliances, live wiring, sharps, animal waste and, frequently, valuables and cash. With 17+ years of specialist clearance and extreme cleaning experience, we clear in stages so each newly exposed layer can be assessed before it is disturbed, and so the occupant retains agency over what happens to their belongings.
We are licensed with the correct legal channels in place to deal with extreme cleaning cases that other clearance and cleaning companies are unable to handle — human faeces, animal faeces, hazardous materials, bottles of urine, items related to the death of a person, sofas and fridge-freezers, hazardous and non-hazardous rubbish, furniture breakdown and more.
Where requested, we set aside important documents, keys, mobile phones, photo albums, military medals and other items the occupant or family wants to keep. We do not provide formal valuation, auction or resale services.
Working with support services
We regularly work alongside social workers, mental health teams, environmental health officers, housing associations and family members. Where a care plan already exists, the clearance is timed and scoped to fit it rather than override it.
After the clearance
An emptied hoarded property is not a finished job. Deep cleaning, odour treatment, mould remediation and hospital-grade home disinfection restore the property to a genuinely safe standard — lowering health risk, reducing distress and giving the occupant a workable fresh start.
