Who We Are
One group, three specialisms
Wolverhampton Private Clearances is the clearance arm of Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD, a Shropshire-based specialist cleaning company with 17+ years of specialist clearance and decontamination experience, serving Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury and the wider West Midlands. The parent company handles the specialist cleaning, disinfection and mould remediation side; we handle contents, waste and the physical clearance of properties.
Because both sit within the same group, a clearance and a full hospital-grade disinfection can be delivered by one team, on one visit, under one quotation — rather than a clearance firm handing you a cleaning problem on the way out.
And when the property itself needs to go
Many of our clients are executors, families and landlords who, once the property is empty, simply want it sold without months on the market. How we work
Every job starts with an honest assessment and a written quotation. We do not add costs mid-clearance, we do not publicise clients' properties, and we do not moralise about how a home came to be in the condition we find it in. Teams attend in unmarked vehicles where discretion matters, which for bereavement and hoarding work is almost always.
As standard we set aside the items families and executors almost always need — legal papers, utility bills, mobile phones, photo albums, V5 documents, keys, military medals and any other items you ask us to look for. We do not provide formal valuation, auction or resale services.
